These loyal clients asked us to do a walkthrough of this house before they bought it so we could assess the scope of work and cost of renovation. Once they took possession of the home, we began demolition. The staircase to the basement was positioned at an angle passing through the main floor, so we moved it to run in line with the wall. This way it took up less space and didn’t interfere with the dining room. We transformed both main floor bathrooms into updated, contemporary spaces, including a soaker tub and custom closet in the primary bedroom’s ensuite. We included new flooring, new trim and paint throughout this renovation.

The basement was a wide open space, a clean slate for us to create the ultimate multifunctional space for our clients to relax, exercise, and entertain. We meticulously planned out a family room with wine bar, a workout room, a full and a half bathroom, a legal bedroom, and a laundry room. And our clients still had plenty of space for storage.
