We collaborated with the talented interior designer Charlie Coull for the Lynden Road project. With her design expertise, we transformed this home into a Scandinavian-inspired modern and inviting space for our clients. The custom kitchen cabinetry is a mix of oak and white finish, with sleek flat panel doors. The sitting room has new, expansive windows that allow for a ton of natural light. The living room fireplace façade is constructed of a single piece of concrete-inspired tile, and is the focal point of the room.  We carried the modern design into the powder room with floor-to-ceiling herringbone tile and a floating vanity. This renovation also includes heated tile flooring and hand-finished hardwood throughout.
