For this project, we removed the load-bearing wall separating the kitchen and living area. We built out the kitchen with custom cabinetry, stylish backsplash, and a long island with built-in microwave and dishwasher, maximizing the space. We installed rich, brown engineered hardwood flooring and a custom wood staircase. We maximized the small space in the mudroom/laundry by installing custom overhead cabinetry, a small laundry sink, and a stackable washer/dryer. We completely updated the powder room and ensuite bathroom.
