We transformed this dated townhouse condo into a warm, contemporary space in collaboration with Studio LBD Interiors. The existing vaulted ceiling provided an excellent base for the renovation, allowing us to add custom wood paneling that enhanced both warmth and dimension. To highlight the living room, earthy jade-coloured tiles were installed on the fireplace, creating a striking focal point.

In the kitchen, we removed the wall between the kitchen and the living room, opening up the space and allowing natural light to flow throughout. The addition of an island further promoted the open-concept layout. Custom cabinetry finished in Benjamin Moore’s Paris Rain and medium tone oak wood transformed the kitchen into a welcoming space, perfect for cooking and entertaining.

The custom millwork applied to the living room ceiling was continued throughout the home, contributing to a luxurious and unified feel. In the bedrooms, additional custom cabinetry was installed to address the limited closet space, improving storage and functionality.
