When visitors or users submit a form, we capture the IP Address for spam protection. We also capture the entrant’s name, email address, telephone number, and information pertinent to their request as laid out in the website form.

How long we retain your data

When visitors or users submit a form we retain the data within our website database indefinitely. If you have submitted a form and would like for us to remove your information from our database, please contact us at info@epirenovations.ca. 

Where we send your data

Form submissions are transmitted by email to info@epirenovations.ca. We do not directly send your data to any other parties.
