EPI Renovations is a Finalist for the Canadian Home Builders Association’s Best Whole Home Renovation Award

Recently, the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) announced the 2025 finalists for the prestigious CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence. We are thrilled to share that EPI Renovations has been named a finalist in the category of Best Whole Home Renovation ($300,001 – $500,000) for our East 8th Project in Hamilton, Ontario. This national recognition is a testament to our team’s hard work and our commitment to deliver outstanding home renovations to our clients.
Being a finalist for this award means a lot to our team. To be recognized for our high level of craftmanship, design, and project execution on a national level is a testament to how far we’ve come as a small business based out of Ancaster, ON. - Design inspired by A-frame cottages popular throughout Muskoka, Ontario.
- Main floor has an open-concept layout, seamlessly combining living, dining, and kitchen space, allowing the homeowners to entertain and host.
- Custom kitchen design emphasizes clean lines and functional elegance.
- Dining room maintains a mid-century modern vibe with custom walnut cabinetry and wood slat wall.

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association is the voice of the residential construction industry in Canada, representing over 8,500 members across the country. The 2025 National Awards for Housing Excellence had a record-breaking year for submissions, with over 1000 entries in the various categories. With over 300 industry expert volunteer judges, this competition continues to be an important differentiator for industry professionals and those looking to buy or renovate a home. 48 awards for excellence in housing will be presented on May 15th in Victoria, BC during the CHBA’s Home Building Week.
